Want to surprise with a delicate and sophisticated iced tea? The White Blossom Spritz combines the sweetness of organic rose white tea with fresh nectarines, sparkling water, and a homemade floral water. A true taste of summer in a glass!
Ingredients for 1 pitcher (approx. 1L)

3 tsp of organic rose white tea from Chill Tea Atelier

500 ml cold water (preferably filtered)

250 ml sparkling water

1 ripe nectarine or white peach

1 tsp orange blossom or rose water

Ice cubes

A few edible petals (rose, cornflower, lavender, pansies…)
Preparation
1. Cold brew
Place the rose white tea in cold water and let infuse for 6 to 8 hours in the fridge. Filter.
2. Prepare the fruit
Slice the nectarine thinly. You can also blend some of it with the floral water to create a light, fragrant nectar.
3. Assemble your spritz
In a beautiful pitcher, mix the infused tea, nectarine nectar (or slices), and sparkling water. Serve with ice cubes.
4. Garnish with flowers
Add the edible petals just before serving. It's fresh, poetic, and incredibly beautiful.
