Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "General Terms") apply to product orders placed online with Chill Infusion Sàrl ("Chill Tea Atelier"). By placing an order with Chill Tea Atelier, the consumer (the "Buyer") accepts the application of these General Terms.
No general terms and conditions contrary to or derogating from these General Terms are applicable between Chill Tea Atelier and the Buyer.

Price

The selling prices of the products are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). They include VAT and any discounts applicable on the day of the order.
Selling prices do not include delivery charges. The amount of delivery charges is added to the selling price.

For orders placed online, delivery charges are indicated in the order summary ("cart").
Once the order is confirmed, its price cannot be changed.
Subject to the foregoing, Chill Tea Atelier is authorized to modify, at its sole discretion and at any time, the price of the goods offered.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders over CHF 50.- (fifty francs), all taxes included.
For orders with a purchase amount less than CHF 50.- (fifty francs), all taxes included, a contribution to shipping costs of CHF 6.90 (six francs ninety) will be charged in addition to the selling price.

Delivery time

The delivery times indicated in these General Terms are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a commitment. The Buyer is obliged to accept all product deliveries, even if delivery is received after the indicated deadline.

For online orders, the delivery time for an entire order is indicated in the order summary ("cart").
Failure to meet a delivery deadline does not give the Buyer any right against Chill Tea Atelier.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out, depending on the goods, by the Post Office or by the shipping service mandated by Chill Tea Atelier. Deliveries are made in Switzerland and Europe.
If the Buyer does not take possession of the goods sent by post within 7 days, Chill Tea Atelier may, as of right, consider the order cancelled and retrieve the goods. If a selling price has been paid, it will be refunded to the Buyer after deduction of the costs associated with the return of the goods. If no price has been paid, the Buyer will be invoiced for the return costs of the goods.
When the goods are delivered by the shipping service mandated by Chill Tea Atelier, the Buyer and the shipping service will agree on a delivery day. If the Buyer does not receive the goods on the agreed delivery day, Chill Tea Atelier may, as of right, consider the order cancelled and retrieve the goods. If a selling price has been paid, it will be refunded to the Buyer after deduction of the costs associated with the delivery and return of the goods. If no price has been paid, the Buyer will be invoiced for the delivery and return costs of the goods.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Chill Tea Atelier. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment terms :

Payment for goods can be made on the basis of an invoice, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Postcard), or by Paypal payment.
Chill Tea Atelier may, unilaterally, impose a payment method on the Buyer or refuse to conclude a Contract with them. In case of non-payment, reminder fees of Fr. 30.- apply per reminder.
> Payment by credit card
Chill Tea Atelier accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and Postcard credit cards.
In case of payment by credit card (with the exception of Postcard), the Buyer's credit card will be debited at the time the goods are shipped. If an item is out of stock or cancelled, Chill Tea Atelier will not debit it from the Buyer's credit card.
In case of payment by Postcard, the Buyer's credit card will be debited at the time of the order. If an item is out of stock or cancelled, Chill Tea Atelier will refund the Buyer to their card.
Chill Tea Atelier is in no way responsible for charges related to a debit.
> Payment by Paypal
The Buyer can pay Chill Tea Atelier via their Paypal account. In this case, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to the Buyer.
The use of Paypal is exclusively reserved for purchases made via the website. The Buyer's Paypal account will be debited at the time the goods are shipped.

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. A contribution from you is requested only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Chill Tea Atelier does not deliver packages to post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to minor customers or those under guardianship, unless with written authorization from parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receiving your package. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs for your new order are offered to you.

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious defects in material and manufacture, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to report any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to us so that we can remedy them.

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. Information necessary for order management will be processed electronically and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

Applicable law and competent courts

The Contract as regulated by these General Terms, the General Terms and all subsequent orders are governed by Swiss law.
Subject to other mandatory forums provided for contracts concluded with consumers, all disputes, disagreements or claims arising from or relating to the Contract and these General Terms will be settled by the competent courts in Lausanne.
