There are drinks that are good for the body... and others that also soothe the heart.
Our rose tea, a symbol of femininity and softness, can be enjoyed as a true ritual of kindness.
During this Pink October period, it's the perfect time to (re)discover this delicate floral infusion, as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to taste.
The benefits of rose tea
Before the recipe, a word about the magic of this millennia-old flower.
Rose petals are packed with natural antioxidants, polyphenols, and vitamins (especially C), which help protect cells against oxidative stress.
The result: brighter skin, a soothing effect on the mind, and a feeling of inner calm.
In Ayurveda as in traditional Chinese medicine, rose is recognized for balancing emotions and soothing inner fire.
Perfect for moments when you just want to recenter yourself.
