A warm, comforting drink, to be savored slowly in an armchair, with a blanket over your shoulders, a crackling fire, with family or friends...
A tea that warms the body and soothes the mind.
Ingredients (1 large cup)

3g of organic Assam black tea from Chill Tea Atelier

200 ml of water
-
100 ml of whole milk or almond milk

1 small cinnamon stick
-
1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
-
1 clove
-
1 teaspoon of mountain honey
-
1 thin strip of organic orange peel
-
(optional) a dash of vanilla
Preparation (slow & cozy)

Heat the water with the cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and orange.
Let it simmer gently for 5 minutes, like a perfume in the air.

Add the black tea and let it infuse for 3 to 4 minutes.

Pour in the milk, reduce the heat, and heat for another 2 minutes without boiling.

Strain, sweeten with honey.

Serve very hot, in a preheated thick cup.

in a thick stoneware or ceramic cup

with a cinnamon stick

accompanied by a square of dark chocolate or a homemade biscuit
